We had to sweep out the trailer prior to loading it as there was some debris, and part of a ratchet strap left in the rental. There was also a general lack of knowledge from the StopNGo employee on how to perform the rental process. He kept telling me there would be a deposit even though I was paying in full with a card so I will be comparing my cc statement to the U-Haul receipt to verify I was not overcharged.

I was told it would be $55. I was charged $85 and never received a receipt. He also tried to charge me for gas. I put more gas in it than when I started with. Fortunately I took a picture of the gauges to prove him otherwise.
