This location was closed when I arrived but was easy to find and access.

This was a storage center so no it was there on Sunday and had to call to drop the truck off cause the location for drop off wasn't the one I needed once that was change dropping it off or returning was easier. I wish this place was in the choices for drop off so I didn't have to waste a 30 minute phone call trying to return it.

The only thing was the truck was old and had a lot of miles. The steering was really loose. Had to take it on a a 2 hr there and back trip and the lack of Bluetooth/usb options is so outdated

I asked for 11 hours and picked up at 9am. I was confirmed for 11 hours, but my drop off time was 5pm. 9 to 5 is not 11 hours, so I felt rushed when that was not necessary.

I would highly recommend this rental pick up location! The staff were very helpful from the first phone call to getting my U-Haul ready for use for me. I had excellent service. Jeff is very friendly and went above and beyond. He made my experience with U-Haul even better than I anticipated.

Reservation process with corporate services was a difficult to go through to see if there were any car dollies available. Lots of questions and upfront items to find out none were available at the original location I wanted

Thank you for answering questions and for all help that was given by everyone . Very clean inside and outside even surrounding areas. The staff returned calls promptly and the rental process was not confusing. I have used Buckeye storage twice after using two other facilities. The spacing of the units does not allow for easy access of classic vehicles, lawn equipment or trailers. It would be easier to rent if you could get these items in and out of the units more easily. There should be an area or unit that is reserved for these types of vehicles and items. I prefer my vehicles and trailers, etc. stored securely under cover.

The only reason we moved was that there was what looked like an electric transformer right in front of our door denying us direct access. We are elderly and this became problematic for us. We found a similar unit at another facility with unobstructed access. We're paying a little more for it but, at our age, convenience is more important than price. We enjoyed dealing with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We were accused of damaging the exterior of the storage unit after we moved out. We argued that where the damage was our truck and trailer couldn't do it. We were charged $69 for damage and they couldn't supply evidence of us doing it with all the security cameras. They treated us disrespectfully after we rented the storage unit for over 2 years and were never late. I would never rent one from them again!

I dropped off the truck after hours on a Sunday, but my experience with people here is always first class.

When I returned the truck I pointed out some hidden rust. Opening and closing the big back door was showering chunks of rust. Hard to spot unless you're actually using the truck.

Use the storage units for 2 1/2 years great working with them and knew that our stuff was safe and would be well taken care of and if there was an issue we talked to them and they worked with use through these trying time was a great experience and would recommend them to family and friends

For five days I was charged the whole month and $ 20 for delay I got the car five a month I'm so sorry you just lost a customer it was not fair you should have charged the five days and $ 20 due to late payment but not charge the whole month

They loaded carts that I did not need, they removed the blankets I needed also. I called and they said it was an honest mistake. Well my furniture is damaged because of an honest mistake..... the refund of the blankets is for shit. My damaged furniture is much more expensive, the solutions provided where piss poor and provide no resolution that fit the customers schedule. Last time I go with u hual, shit service, shit solutions, make for a shitty move! Thanks for nothing but fucked up furniture.

This storage facility was very clean and well maintained. Never a sign of any rodents or even any bugs. No water leakage anywhere. Very secure and well lit. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accessible every time! Would highly recommend this place, and would definitely use them again in the future if needed!!

Gas gauge! I only drove the truck 32 miles but when I replaced the gas it took over 9 GALLONS!!! That's less than 4 miles PER GALLON. Obviously the truck was not completely full when I took possession of it. Instead of paying for 3 gallons of gas I paid for over 9!!!

We moved out early in the month but they take pmt. for whole month so we lost our money. But they rented our 3 units to other people and got double the money for them and no refund to us. Dishonest!
