I reserved a truck dolly's pads mattress bags and when I went to pick up truck all they had was the truck The agent was absolutely no help. Someone should have called or sent me an email saying the items that I needed were not available at this location. The agent was rude telling us they might have it at this location but said he didn't have the phone number which I do not believe since he admitted that that location came and got the dolly's from him we had to find the number ourselves and call only to find out they only had the pads. Since my pickup was 5 pm and I had movers coming to load at 8 am the next morning I was rushing to find the dolly's ( I had gotten the loaders/ unloaders from U-Haul) after several phones and 2 different additional location I was able to fine what I needed. Never got the mattress bags. The pads and truck were able to be returned to same drop off location but the dolly's had to go back to original location in a different. Town. Also the drop off location was closed on Saturday which when I booked o line it should have told me that
BOWERS MCab was clean but loadspace had a thick puddle of some kind of transparent crystals in the middle of it. Don't know if it was silicon or what but it got on the furniture I was moving. Thankfully the truck made the trip all right but the engine sounded awful when starting from stop, moving up through the gears and while riding along. It may just be really old and have had a lot of hard use.

ANTHONY ALocation was not clear having another u-haul across the street. The phone number listed on the confirmation email was disconnected also.

Angel LSame issue again, software is out of date. Also, their is no sign to point out that this is an acutual U-Haul Location. At first glance, all you see is a teal storage facility and the U-Hauls across the street.

lori sI had to go to this place because my original venue had no one there for me to pick up my pre rented truck. Check on who you allow to rent your trucks. Storage Choice was a life safer!

Stacy WThere was something mechanically wrong with the truck. We spent $20 going down the street and back, and there's also a rattling noise under the truck as well as a gasoline smell in the cab. I think it's time to retire this 2000s model uhaul.

Leukia Ti was supposed to pick up the trailer at the simons rental place on calivette street in biloxi...upon arrival i noticed a black bow on the door and know that it meant they had a death in the family so they were closed that day....fortunately your routing station in jackson mississippi relocated my rental tothe east pass road location and the gentleman there was very nice and helpful the equiptment was in great shape and your rental agant was extremely helpful i will always rent from uhaul at any location

Valinda PThe Ramp on Truck was way to Short , as a matter of fact it was downright unsafe!!! The steep angle created by the short lentgh made it impossible to handle a truck cart by yourself. I've always rented and recommend'd U-Haul, but thinking twice the next time after I inspect the length of the Ramp. The length of the loading/unloading ramp is an essential part of the whole moving process. But if you(U-Haul) continues with a short changing of loading ramps, I do not see a bright future ahead!! Kelly PYou folks at choice rentals are great. What I didn't like was getting an email from corporate at 930pm telling me that I had to be the return location to verify and photograph the truck to prove that I had indeed returned it AND being told I would be charged additional fees if I failed to do so. Using the link provided I was unable to upload my location and the link stopped at that point causing me to have to call customer service. Totally unnecessary. The pinhead at corporate UHaul that thought this up needs to use this service in the real world. Oh Lordy how did we ever function before smartphones???

Jill TThe guys at Storage Choice were very nice and professional. Equipment rating is due to the trailer leaking after it rained, getting my belongings wet. It appears this has been a problem before seeing the repaired areas in both the upper front corners of the interior. I discovered a small wet area near the center of the trailer, but the worst was the front center...I could wring water from a blanket we used to wrap a table, and several boxes were wet.
