The CSR of this facility was rude and overcharged me, he gave me inaccurate information about my U-Haul and put in incorrect mileage which made me pay more. He was not friendly

JAMES HExcellent is too low of a rating. 10 stars if possible. My bank had a system wide problem with their debit cards and Uhaul also had a system wide problem with rentals. The uhaul rep of the storage location where I rented the truck worked tirelessly for almost two hours to set me up with my rental. I ended up paying cash with a deposit. The uhaul rep never gave up trying to process the rental and I was finally able to leave with my truck. Due to the delay, he gave me an extra day and mileage for the rental. The truck itself was clean and reliable. Gas was expensive, but that is to be expected for such a truck.

The only problem I had with my rental was the price, I believe it could have been a little bit lower but, you get what you pay for and the truck was awesome!

kevin sHe told us two different things so the U-Haul was a little more experience than we thought it should have been. He said it was a 100. Deposit and the U-Haul came came up too 154 that's to high for a same day return.

Coreyannie WI rented a truck for a day. I was charged for a day or 24 hours and I received a text saying the truck was to be back in 6 hours. So I had to rush back to have the truck back in a quarter of a day. I was still charged for 24 hours which I had only 6. Never again!
MICHAEL HReplace some of the online women. One didn't some to know what was going on and the other had a nasty attitude!
Linda CBe more proactive on maintenance. I was worried the whole time I would have a blowout on my trip. 1000 miles round trip on Alabama highways/interstates where good tries are susceptible to damage but these tires were balding and cupped out. Thank the Lord we made safely. Door was hard to deal with. Sagging. Other than that, they trailer did fine.
Kyle CI believe that if I rent out your equipment for more days than I use it, that I should be reimbursed for the days that I do not use. For instance I rented for 2 days, but only used it for 1 day and returned it the same day. Refund me my unused days and put my money back on my card account. For an unused credit.
FITZGERALD HThey charged me an extra 68 dollars for some unspecified reason. I did what they asked and put gas in it and swept out the back. I dropped it off that night as 6 pm which they said was fine if i had to drop it off later that night

KAREN GThe owner of this u-haul location is a asshole, and treats customers like crap. This man should not be the face of u-haul, he gives your company brand a poor showing, he does not care about his duties as a rep for a nation wide company.
