The traffic service cancelled my reservation and they had to find me another truck at another location. Not to thrilled about that. As well as being charged 25 dollar cleaning fee when vehicle was in perfect condition.

He told us two different things so the U-Haul was a little more experience than we thought it should have been. He said it was a 100. Deposit and the U-Haul came came up too 154 that's to high for a same day return.

Coreyannie W.I rented a truck for a day. I was charged for a day or 24 hours and I received a text saying the truck was to be back in 6 hours. So I had to rush back to have the truck back in a quarter of a day. I was still charged for 24 hours which I had only 6. Never again!
