My pick up and drop off locations were changed multiple times. My drop off was changed just after I had returned the truck and I receive multiple communications saying there was no record of my return. I called and thought I settled the issue and then the next morning was threatened with legal action for non return. I called again and believe the issue is now resolved.

JANICE CIt was not their fault but uhaul reservations! I had to go 23 miles out of my way to pick up the vehicle and then go to destination and then return the truck! It was unclear how to read gas and I overfilled the tank costing me $10 extra dollars! You left me with no other option but to pay!
marilyn hRented and picked truck using the online app. I am not too tech savvy but overall it was a very easy experience on the app once I figured the issues out on my end. Staff was very friendly upon return,. The staff even called during my rental to make sure everything was going well. The only drawback at this location is the truck was parked down the street a little from the parking lot and you had to walk down to the truck, verify the number then it gives you the key combo so you have to walk back to the bldg, get the key, then walk back to the truck but not an issue with me walking but for some maybe a problem. Other than that, no issues with the rental. Merci.
