JEREMY GMy experience at this location was A+ as well. The two team members assisting me with my one-way U-Haul rental were very friendly, welcoming, and attended to all my needs. The gentleman who I presume is the store manager offered me seating and bottled water while processing the closed out of my rental contract, and I waited comfortably without any pressure for my Lyft driver to arrive. I look forward to, and will continue to do business at this location during my 4-year stay in Lake Charles.
