james WI reserved a truck in Orange, TX and was told after I arrived that they didn't have a truck for me and I had to drive 40 minutes away to get one. Terrible logistics and waste customers time when they're already stressed with the move. Wasn't the fault of the people at the pick up location. U-Haul is who I blame. Asked for a discount for having to drive hour and twenty minutes and was told no, I already got a good rate online.
