The initial drop off location did not have an operable vehicle and this location was over 40 minutes which put me behind an hour for what I needed to do.
DARIN AA little disappointing to get there find out that the plug is missing the extender and I need to purchase a new one. when I return to U-Haul the person try to keep my extender and I had to show my receipt that I purchase it and he was really surprised because normally uhaul has that cover... Cost me $19,99 plus tax... I also was not informed that I had to be there before 10:00 a.m. to drop off the U-Haul. I did return it after 12:30 to be charged extra day.
MELISSA KYou'll get a code that doesn't work. Had to contact Uhaul to get another code hours later so I busted time and was charged for a second day.

CONNIE MPlace was a closed storage area and inaccessible when not dropping off during normal business hours. Not convenient as a drop off location.

William BMy whole entire experience was completely horrible and I will never use u haul or will I tell anyone I know to use u haul I feel like you guys pretty much robbed me due to the fact that I drove your truck 4 miles do to what I was trying to do not going very well and was still charged full price your employee was nice and even told me they thought I would get refunded all my money back for the point that I seriously didn't use the truck picked it up and it was parker the whole time.. I had to wait a whole day to get my deposit back cause you system was down so I came back the next day and your employee I could tell felt horrible to tell me that I was being charged over 70 Dollars for seriously driving the truck 4 miles and there was nothing she could do. To me that's horrible customer service and I promise I will never use your company for anything ever again and I will make sure no one I know does either
