Front desk service is excellent
TROY WLower the price, $700 is outrages and I have still not received a completed invoice. I very seriously doubt that anybody will actually read tis or care about what is said.

GLEN TThe app is not user friendly. If a customer walks into the facility and reserve a truck, why does the app ask for all the same information i.e. drivers license front/back, and then it doesn't work properly. Once the customer signs on to the app it should have a pick up icon visible. In addition, the app doesn't tell the customer that they have to add an order. I thought I had already done that when I was in the office reserving the truck with the representative. Anyway, change your app so that the drivers license and reservation show up on the app when the custo.er logs on.

Nikki AI love this location, Whitney and Vanessa did an amazing job, they were very professional & friendly. Renting the truck was a quick in & out process, it was clean & easy to drive. I also had a storage unit there, the facility is always clean and they have carts in the office to use which makes unloading easier. I would definitely return to this location anytime I need a truck or storage.

Michael TAmazing service.. Worked with us because I forgot my phone so I was able to take pictures of stuff that was missed to make sure I was not charged for it. She allowed my cousin to email his drivers license cause he was on a flight and wouldn't be there when they were open. I was clean on the inside and the cab. Plus most places they only give you a quarter tank of gas when you pick it up and this was almost completely full.

William GI was moving all my "stuff" from one facility to another and when I arrived at the U-Haul location, Whitney was there, ready to help me. She walked me through each step for "signing out" the truck. When it was time to start unloading the truck, she anticipated that I would need the large and small carts and brought them to me and the movers. She goes above and beyond and it shows as the office is clean, as are the hallways in the facility and the doorways - no trash or abandoned contents from the units. I've already told a few family members about the location and how well I was treated there. Whitney scores a "10" in my book - for customer service and for professionalism. Merci.
