Return prices was less than satisfactory. Tried to turn the vehicle in around 3:30 on a Wednesday. The office was locked, although there were people going in and out as I pulled up. I had to do the remote process, with photos, in the rain. This was not something I was advised of previously.

PHILIP ZPassenger door didn't stay shut while driving and locked. The cabin leaked and all of my stuff was wet. I called and left a message explaining what happened and nobody called me back.

Peter BUpon arriving for my mobile pick up I was told that my reservation was cancelled. I never received any messages or communication in regards to this. I had to spend over an hour sitting in the parking lot attempting to reserve another van and was disconnected from the customer service line several times. There was only a quarter tank of gas and the van was dirty.
