I know for a fact I dropped off with more gas than I picked up with but got charged for gas. Rep didn't even check truck in till after I left.

Was no help about being overcharged. Told me once he out that the rental was back it would refund the extra money it was holding. It was never explained that I would have an additional hold for more on my card.

This poor review is not actually for Streator Liquor and Tobacco. My original drop off location was Lori's Mailboxes & Parcel Depot. I went to drop off my truck and the entire parking lot was blocked off to be repaved. Why would you be accepting drop offs if you're going to have your entire parking lot closed? They should have contacted UHaul to let them know they could not accept drop offs. Then when I contacted UHaul to try to get a new drop off, I was transferred over and over from customer service, to transportation, to reservations, to Truck Share departments and no one could get me a new drop off. I was on the phone over an hour. I still never got an answer from anyone on the phone. I switched to live chat while on yet another hold and they were finally able to get me a resolution. Shout out to Tina in the live chat, she's the only good employee you seem to have in customer service. I needed to drop off this truck and drive 3 hours away and this made me get to my destination so much later in the night. It was a great rental experience up until the drop off.
