I have had more than 10 rentals from this location and it is always a great place to do business. Top notch guy with top notch service.

PHILIP HThe cargo van I rented smelt really bad like pets were staying in it. Crumbs everywhere and sticky stuff all over and pet hair on the seats. It was disgusting. I used a spray from home to clean some of it and accidentally left the spray bottle in the cargo van. I called to ask if I could come get the van and Keith told me that sometimes someone comes by to borrow it and will probably bring it back by the time I got there….uh what?!. It was hard for me to take pictures because the van was parked in standing water.

DALE SLet me rent the unit at the place I reserved it. I initially reserved it for an 8 am Sunday pickup at Strickly Neon, Toccoa, BUT the U-Haul global system changed it to another location in Toccoa which was out of the way for me. BIG PROBLEM - went to pick it up on Sunday and BAM!! The other location is NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!!! I tried to call their number but the answering system would not allow me to leave a message - kept looping back to intro message - "customer service at its finest" What system would change my original rental location for a Sunday pickup to a location that is closed on Sundays??? Pure stupidity, IMHO. BUT, Strictly Neon came to my rescue and still had a truck for me to rent. Keith Ryan is a great person and a superb business to interact with for rentals. I'm happy with my rental, but it could have been disastrous for me today if it had not been for Keith coming to my rescue.

Kimberly BI would like to be able to easily access a final receipt. Also, it would have been nice to upload a picture of final gas and mileage. That feature did not work when we returned the truck.
