The clerk was very kind. He quickly understood the urgency and need. I videotaped the unit before leaving the ground's. The lot was very clean. Thank you so much. We were able to meet our deadline. ️☝

Had complications with charges and still got overcharged have to call tomorrow to dispute charges

The location on the Alameda in San Jose that I originally booked at did not have the 10 foot box truck that I reserved. They did call to say that they could offer me a cargo van, which did work, but made the move more difficult. When I arrived, they did not even have the cargo van for my reservation. Only thing available was a massive 26 foot truck. I then had to go to a location that was further away adding more miles to my trip. The vehicle was dirty when I received it. Overall very poor experience.

One of the most easiest transactions I've ever done. Staff was incredibly helpful!

We arrived for 9 am pick up reservation. Vehicle was not in late. It had not been returned yet. Came back at 10 to pick up. The tank was not full. I pointed it out to Juan who was working. They were nice, but lacking in other areas. We got done what we needed to do, but will probably not rent from this location again. Ever!

Parking is horrible. Customer service at location was nice but was not at all knowledgeable of the process and how to resolve any issues.

Overall smooth renting process. The place does not have that many parking spots in the parking lot, but we were able to park 2 cars. It took 10 mins. to get the truck out due to tight parking situation. Equipment was clean, but not super clean.

The representative who help me out was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely return back to this location when we need a U-haul.

Not charge me for a dolly I didn't have and wash and clean the inside of the vehicle. Embarrassing to drive!

The location did not have Dolly and pads like I needed for move schedule This was very inconvenient situation since the online order did not explicitly specify that this was not a full u-haul store & accessories won’t be available at this location

The app was a PIA to use. It kept making me start over after any brief delay, like fetching my wallet, for example. I ended up calling to make the reservation. The return through the app was too time consuming. I liked it better when you handed the keys over they said "Thank You" and you were on your way.

The employee did not tell me where the truck was parked, take me to it or do a walk thru with me. The truck was parked on the street in a bad neighborhood next to a homeless person and a pile of trash. I had to guess with the key to see which one it opened. The truck was filthy inside, with sugar/candy spilled all over the cup holder and floor, and empty bottles. The back of the truck looked like a murder scene, brown splashes of unknown substance all over the truck, screws and broken glass. The gas was empty, so I had to go straight to a gas station and clean out the back before I could use it. It was unacceptable. A smoking/dispensary is probably not the best place to rent trucks, especially if the employees are partaking.

I did specify that I needed moving blankets on the reservation, but when I picked up the equipment, I was told there were no moving blankets available at that location. Need to either make sure the location has the material or make sure the reservation won't let you specify something that is not available.
