See notes under reservation. David Olson at the main office saved the day as the local provider told me they were not able to correct the issue. The equipment worked perfectly and was in top condition, will use UHaul again.

Mackenzie DThey never came out to inspect the equipment when I received it or when I dropped it off I rented from this location several times and it's always the same I told them that the ac keeps coming on and off while driving so made for a very uncomfortable ride in the future I will not rent from this location
Cruz FI will NEVER rent from U-HAUL again!!! I was called a bitch a hoe and so many other names by the property manager at the hotel we dropped the truck off at. Dropped the rental off early filled the tank more than what I picked it up with and now because I called the cops regarding the situation at drop off I'm being retaliated against and charged unnecessary charges. The regional manager excused the behavior and said it was understandable due to the time of drop off even though it is a 24/7 drop off!!!

Cruz FNo one was present at drop off…sign in door stating they were gone and to call them if you needed anything..
SCOTT SPicked up on time and the truck literally had one mile left before running out of gas. I had to go buy a gas can and put gas int before I could even drive it away. The location could not help me nor seemed concerned about my inconvenience. Horrible pickup experience.
Annie GBe more attentive, treat them like a customer. The agent never came outside to check in the equipment, not friendly at all. I will never go to that location again nor will I ever send anybody there.
