BENNETTE RHave been doing business with this facility for 6 months [+/-] and have rented U-Haul trucks 2 times, 1st. time from this location. First truck was a 20' this one was a 15', both did the job fine, good ride, etc... Only complaint, fuel. Drove the truck 27/28 miles, took 7 gallons to replace what was used. Fuel gauge was on "full" when picked up, filled it up about 100 yds. from location. Otherwise, all went well.

Millie EI had a GREAT experience with my U-Haul rental at Sum Storage! The communication was outstanding! In addition to email we received a personal call to ensure that we understood the pick-up location. The pads we had requested were in the vehicle and the staff was very helpful in determining where we could turn in the truck at the end of our move. The facility was very clean and the grounds were well tended. Honestly, I could not have asked for better support and service from Sum Storage! They are true professionals!

RICHARD RFor some reason, I could not connect to their internet while standing outside their door to sign in. I was able to go to another website. Spoke on the phone with a lady who works there. It was on a Sunday, and she was able to check me in.

MATTHEW HI rent Uhaul trucks multiple times a week for my moving business. I wouldn't even consider going to another location. I ALWAYS come here for good service that I can always count on.

MATTHEW HConvenient location right on a 4 lane road with plenty of space to maneuver a large truck. I rented U-Haul's largest truck and I was able to maneuver around the parking lot comfortably. The U-haul was super clean, so clean I would have been at ease eating directly off the floor of the back of the truck. This is obviously a business that takes cleanliness very seriously. The lady working the desk was friendly, helpful, and a sweet southern belle. She no doubt has an employee of the month certificate in her future. This experience was seamless and joyful. As I turned the keys back into SUM storage I walked out of the business happier with a renewed sense of purpose. I would recommend you rent a U-haul from SUM storage even if you don't need a U-Haul just so you can enjoy the experience.

MARY MThe owners made this excellent! Our team rented a uhaul to move medical supplies to disaster areas in the WNC mountains. The owner was so kind! She heard our story and paid for the uhaul!!! Her kindness enabled our team to deliver specific medical supplies as well as all other necessities to small mountain towns in need! It was as easy as snapping my fingers to set up and drop off.

MATTHEW HDid not get the impression from office staff that my business was appreciated. Staff made it seem that dealing with me was a burden. While efficient and honest, dealing with this location was not pleasurable. I will try other locations in the future.
