Wayne LI have use Sunco Storage and UHaul on San Casa for numerous years. They are by far the BEST. Liz and Hannah go out of the way to make sure you understand everything from when the reservation is made to actually being there and explaining each and every part of what the do's and don't are. No one can say they have NOT been told. I'd totally call BS out on that customer. They have GREST organizational, analytical and the ability to multi task is impeccable. If I could rate them above the 5 star their 100 plus in my book. Keep up the wonderful work ladies.

BRENT PCheck-in was smooth and the employee was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions.
BARRY Bwe had pick up and return all set but changed to larger truck. Evidently when the girl changed the order she changed our return to a u haul that was farther away from and undenounced to us an additional charge. When we arrived at the return NO ONE was there although it was before closing time. There were 3 or 4 other waiting also. The lady said she left early because of the "STORM" it was only raining. The to add insult to injury WE were charged an addition mileage fee !!
JOSEPH AMy only complaint is that I was told the gas tank was full but it was NOT! I only drove the truck 11 miles and put over $9 in the tank when I was done. Then it was full.

ANATOLY OI live in Venice Florida that location is 11/2 hours round trip with traffic I use to pick up in Venice or Nokomis which would cut pick up time in half
CHARLES LLiz is amazing! She knows the "Uhaul ropes" well and is patient enough to explain how reservations, pick-ups, and drop-offs are to be handled. I love that her location carries many options. If you have a need for a U-haul, this is a GREAT place for reservations. Liz will treat you wonderfully! Thanks so much!
JENNIFER GI have used this location for quite some years. They are the BEST. I know the Manager Liz and the Assistant Manager Hannah, explain everything that is needed to know. They go way above and beyond and have the BEST personality while keeping a very professional business like manner. Keep up the awesome work!!!!!! I have watched the them run around with trailers and trucks while greeting each and every customer and maintaining the needs of the STORAGE and the customers is UNREAL. I GIVE YOU 100 PERCENT WITH UNLIMITED STARS OF ACHIEVEMENT :)
BRENNEN LNothing wrong with the location and staff was very nice. The truck had trash in the door on passenger side. Also the truck has loose wiring, every time you hit a big bump or pothole, the lights on the dashboard would all light up like a Christmas tree and radio would go off. At night when this happened the headlights would go off too. Which was really scary driving a couple seconds with no head lights on in the pitch dark. That truck needs to be serviced asap before someone else drives it.
Jeanine GI had issues returning the truck- wanted to drop it off 3 days earlier and 500 miles less than contracted however was advised that there would b an additional charge of approximately $600. I thought that was ridiculous and this drove the extra days and miles and extra gas- crazy of you also consider the wear and tear on the venhicle.
DUNCAN AFirst -- I rented this 10 ft truck because of a ramp. Then guess what, there was NO ramp. This sucked when I went to load the truck. Alas, the reason for became the reason for not in the future! Second, I was told the truck was full of gas, but was not. It was at least two gallons short. Third, I could not move the side mirrors creating a blind spot in viewing behind the right side of the truck. Pro -- the two ladies helping me were super. They were kind and willing to help me. The vehicle being rented was the reason for the review as is.
STEVE RMy experience working with the manage of the Sunco Storage U-Haul location was incredibly positive. She was clear and concise in her explanation of the rental I requested and the unit was at the location upon my arrival on the date I selected. When I arrive she was ready and cared for the hook-up of the trailer and checking to lighting when it was hooked up. As we began to finalize the rental four other customers showed up at about the same time and, of course, expected her to care for their needs. She was very well organized and explained to to those with and those without reservations what they might expect to assist them with their needs. She did all that while maintaining her positive attitude and businesslike demeanor as she finished her business with me. I would suggest that U-Haul is very fortunate to have a company representative like this to care for their business!

THOMAS SI dropped the truck off when the office was closed, but it is forcing me to pick an answer. You should have an N/A. I really wasn't sure where to park my truck. Luckily, there was a spot right in front, which I think followed all the rules on the App!

LAURA KThe engine light was on from the moment I first started the van and remained on until I returned it. In case you aren't aware, I believe it has something to do with the engine not shifting gears as it should. This really needs attention as I thought I was going to end up stranded a couple of times. Thank goodness I was only a mile away from my home at any given time while I had the truck in case I did need assistance. Otherwise, everything worked well and served its purpose for my time-sensitive job. Merci!

Mark DWould have been a great experience with two easy improvements: 1. Better explain the requirements for picking up the truck. I had no idea I need two forms of ID or two personal references. I don't carry my passport with me and calling friends at 8am on Sunday morning to act as a reference is not a good thing. 2. Make sure your sites oil their combination locks. It took me 15 minutes to force my rusted lock open. Other than that I like your process.
