Everything was perfect, my only issue was, i paid for a hand-truck/dolly but there was none, we check other trucks but none of them had any, but everything else was perfect and the person at the station was very nice and friendly.

It took over an hour to check out the van and when I returned it I didn't get a receipt for 48 hours even though I handed the keys to the same person who checked me out. I had to call to see what was happening with the return after 24 hours of not getting a receipt.
ALICE Wterrible customer service , truck was still dirty from the last use , waited over 45 mins for some one to hand me the key to the u haul

Abdelbassite MVan Display indicated it needed an Oil Change. Didn't appear any maintenance interior or exterior had been performed, in preparation for the next rental.
CHERYLL GI was hit with fees not explained on line. The sales clerk was very easily frustrated with me at my surprise about the extra charges. And I felt very unsafe because that location has at least 30 migrants hanging around harassing people for work. It is a very unsafe location. No I will never go there again.

Guy DI returned the truck on 7/17. The attendent told me the printer wasnt working and I would get a receipt in the mail. I didnt receive a receipt. Then I received several calls from UHaul asking when I would return the truck. I tried calling the location, but the phone number listed on the Uhaul webisite was disconnected. It took several phone calls and 10 days for me to finally receive my close-out receipt.
Steven WI returned the truck at the counter. someone called me 3 days later. She said the truck is overdue. They think I still have the truck. When I returned the teuck, the guy didn't check me out.
