The manager was super helpful and stayed open late to insure that I was able to get the equipment I needed. Great customer service!!!!
DAVID SThis is not the fault of the location that I picked up the rental, but U-Haul, as a company, needs to improve operability of the app in relation to its ability to take and transfers photos when you pick up a U-Haul trailer. Dealers I have dealt with recently, as well as through a company I used to work for that rented through U-Haul, constantly complain about how badly the app operates when trying to do this function. My recent experiences over the last six months have been out of four rentals, I've only been able to send photos for one rental.
JOHN LIt's rare to see the courtesy and professionalism that the manager, David, and his staff showed. Everything went perfect.

Melissa LThe drop off location was at an tv park that was a led then desirable looking location, it looked rather "shady", as my husband put it. The area to park the truck had seriously over grown/tall grass & I was worried about snakes & spiders while trying to take the pictures of the truck during the return process. The website never specified where to park the truck, so I parked it next to another U-Haul truck that was already there.

Dennis PI run a moving company and our box truck needed emergency repairs, requiring the rental of a Uhaul to further assist our customers. When my crew member arrived to pick up the truck, he had to drive around to find the lock box where the keys were said to be located, and once he finally found it, there were no keys there. Luckily his driving around woke the person running the place, she came out and gave him the keys. This is not the first time using 24/7 share, typically it takes us about 10 minutes to complete the check out process at another location in our area, but unfortunately they didn't have a truck available. I will not use this location if I can avoid it.
Chad HTheresa was a godsend.The video did not match my application screens and the representative on the phone was of no help either. Theresa just happen to see me pull into the campground and sitting there for a sum of time and came over to see if I needed any help/ I am soooooo glad that she did.
