There is only one person at this location who is also running a convenience store so they are not able to come out and help connect the trailer. Other locations usually offer this assistance in guiding back up and mounting the trailer to the hitch.
michael MThe drop off location was great the guy behind the counter was fantastic, U-Haul was terrible! They had no drop off scheduled for the day I had scheduled it and I wasted more time waiting for someone to sort it out, the guy behind the counter did his best to sort it out for me.
Marion SIt was not a good experience. Pick up BAD...drop off GOOD. Need to clean better inside & outside...mirrors & headlights buggy. Inside cab had french fries on floor driver's side & coffee spilt in cup holders. Wanted to pick up U Haul in Cache Bay which is only 20 min from me but had to get a friend to drive me an hour & half to Chelmsford. One of the bags of moving blankets was open already so don't know if any was missing.

JACQUES GI was in out quickly from this location. Same thing when I returned it. The attendant at the store was on the ball both times so no issues.

Dawson OOriginal Uhaul was booked for a pick up in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Was informed that Uhaul was overbooked and no Uhaul was available to us in SSM - pick up changed to M'Chigeeng, Ontario, which is over 3 hours distance from SSM. As we were initially travelling from Sudbury to SSM and back, we found an available Uhaul at the location noted above. When trying to navigate this situation to ensure we had a Uhaul confirmed for our move, staff were not helpful; they did not comprehend the ask. Search for an availalbe Uhaul was done on our own part by connecting with the Super Convenience in Chelmsford, Ontario. This was all time-sensitive and delayed our departure from Sudbury to SSM. Uhaul, you should do better when booking vehicle; especially when bookng months in advance! You didn't even offer a discount on mileage. Shame on you!

Richard LAt some point, U-Haul needs to shuttle away any of the duplicate equipment so there is space available for future drop-offs.
L SNot my first time dropping here, definitely my go-to location. For my purposes it's been a blessing, despite being a bit tight on space if more than a few trucks/trailers are parked there.
L SLocation and staff was great, Uhaul however charged me for 2 days of rental even though I had the trailer less then 24 hours, feel like that was a bit of a rip off

Dawson OI had to go an extra 1 to this location. It's not the one that was chosen. The one I chose was only 20 minutes from me but had to take it out of my way to where U haul wanted it. So for 2 hours I was basically working for them to return it somewhere else. Not the way it is supposed to work. Should have been a free rental if I was working for them.
Don MChain hooks were not wide enough to clip on my hitch. Had to go buy trailering loops from Canadian Tire and attach them to my hitch. Then attached chains to that. Took a long time to process insurance paperwork.

Adam PHaving a small-ish forecourt, if they have taken in a number of trucks/trailers earlier the same day, dropping off could be a challenge.
L SOnly above average as the lot space to drop a truck/trailer is minimal and that could lead to complications if not almost empty. Otherwise you'll drop and have your receipt on the phone very quickly. (during open hours only)
