The drop off location was great the guy behind the counter was fantastic, U-Haul was terrible! They had no drop off scheduled for the day I had scheduled it and I wasted more time waiting for someone to sort it out, the guy behind the counter did his best to sort it out for me.
Marion SIt was not a good experience. Pick up BAD...drop off GOOD. Need to clean better inside & outside...mirrors & headlights buggy. Inside cab had french fries on floor driver's side & coffee spilt in cup holders. Wanted to pick up U Haul in Cache Bay which is only 20 min from me but had to get a friend to drive me an hour & half to Chelmsford. One of the bags of moving blankets was open already so don't know if any was missing.
cindy tWas told I had to book online which took awhile but I did. When I picked up, had more stuff to fill.
JACQUES GI was in out quickly from this location. Same thing when I returned it. The attendant at the store was on the ball both times so no issues.
