Location was not the original we had reserved at. They called and made it elsewhere and it was 30 minutes farther away. The lady on The phone was very nice and helpful.

Braden MCarry small items. Filthy restroom. Not the locations fault here but I was relocated here by a U-Haul dispatcher and they did not inform me that this place did not carry small items even though I called for this in my original reservation.. since I could not rent 2 dozen furniture pads now unexpectedly, I was forced to purchase $80 worth of blankets. Had I known this was the case I would have asked to be relocated again. When I mentioned this to the regional manager and this lack of communication he basically stated it was my fault for picking a location without small items.

Dorian SWe got the truck and it was absolutely disgusting and there were vapes in the cab. We arrived at 9:00am and it took them two hours to send the contract to my email and when I did get it, I was unable to read it because it was in a different language. I booked the truck for a 24 hour period but I only used it for 12 hours. Before I dropped it off I asked them since I will be dropping the truck off after hours do I need to do anything with the app or call customer service and they said that I since I talked to them they would put it in their records. They didn't do that. I didn't get my receipt until the next day and they charged me for a $30 insurance fee and an extra day. I will never come back here!

Jose MStaff was friendly which was the bright spot. However, I paid for an appliance dolly, but when I arrived was informed the location does not have the means to have equipment like this. Was told my truck had a ramp, but it did not and because of those two issues was forced to load a washer and heavy range without assistance. Then, I returned the vehicle in the allotted time frame of four hours, but noticed on the receipt I received via email that it showed the truck was checked in nearly three hours later was charged $39,95! Also charged $30 insurance which I had declined when making the reservation. I should have paid attention to other reviewers and stayed away.
Jessica MOnly had the vehicle for a couple hours, came to drop it off and had a couple questions with no answers. Then they didn't do the return until the following morning.

Dorian SI was to rent truck from 1:30pm but the agent took nearly 30 minutes to get truck but still without a contract. I used the truck from 2:00 - 4:30 when I returned, put gas in truck and parked the truck. I turned the key in at 4:45. Ayer I got a statement charging me fr an extra days rental. What a rip off.
