Everything was great...there was some trash and items left inside the vehicle. There was an offer to sweep out, but I was on a time crunch and just did it myself. I left items in the truck as were left before. The attendant asked me about one item, and I told her it was not mine. I had a wonderful experience with my rental. Would do it again!!!

JAY BI rented a 26 foot truck and a trailer. This location said they gave away my trailer on my moving day, but still had the truck. I proceeded to go get the truck and call uhual to see what they could do. They could not find any trailers near me and I had paid moving help coming so I couldn't drive 1,5 hrs to go get one in houston. As I finish signing for truck, she proceeds to close up shop after me and the same size trailer I reserved sat on the lot unused. I then had to add extra miles and days on the 26' truck because I had to make unnecessary extra trips and pay more movers a different day because it all couldn't be loaded. I will never use uhual again

Stephanie GMy original reservation was for this location. Your website would not let me book a 10 ft truck with basic coverage. So, I called in where Daniel helped me, but we could only reserve a 15 ft truck. That worked out. However, I subsequently was contacted because the 15 ft truck was unavailable, and I had to go to this location. This location also had the 10 ft truck, but the lady would not let me get it. I basically had to go back over nearly everything I had done with Daniel before. I drove my truck out of the grassy area and onto the pavement. A bit difficult since coming off the grass, I'm pointed the wrong direction, looking back to see the traffic. Not very safe.

Ken HLady called us a week later saying we didn't turn in the keys. We did and she never called back after I told her what could we do with a uhaul key. I wouldn't just go pick up the truck on my own.

DREW PAll trailers need a safety pin for the hitch! To not have one is a risk for trailer safety, putting the user ( and ultimately UHaul ) at a major liability risk.
JOSEPH FTruck exterior was dirty - lots of smashed bugs. Interior of truck was clean. The blankets that I requested and paid for were not provided. The online check out process was torture. Took at least 30 minutes. Rep who made the reservation should have walked through all the necessary steps to level set expectations. They made it sound like what I did on the phone was it then just pick up. Even though rep assured me a Cypress return location, the online system only allowed selection of three return locations in Brenham and one return location in Belville.
Paul PI returned the truck to an empty lot. If there hadn't been a few other uhaul trucks, I wouldn't have known it was a uhaul dealer. We had to search for the dropbox to leave the key. No signs to help.

Dennis FI originally rented the truck for two days. However, I turned in the truck a day and 30 minutes before the deadline and was still charged the full two days. I have proof of the time I turned in the truck and will dispute the extra charges.
Leslie ETires were all underinflated, truck broke down due to catalytic converter. Was told car would fine on trailer, strap buckle on trailer hooked bumper and now we have front bumper damaged. I called and filed a complaint havent heard back yet.

kent fthe back was not even swept out. No blankets available at this location. The truck rode like a sherman tank. It bounced, shuttered, and vibrated like it needed a tune-up and suspension work.
Hilton MTurn-in location was a mailbox at a business adjacent to the truck drop-off area. Very confusing turn-in directions.
John CI could not see one thing that needed improvement., Both Betty and Allen were so very nice and friendly. We had the best experience. Hometown business and people who live in the area is what I look for.. Definitely a 5 star business.
