VICKI SI was charged for fuel so say 2 gallons that's BS because the last thing I did was stop at the nearest store to the drop off location and refuel to the line it was at when I took it into possession. That's bullcrap and I feel I was ripped off BUT not to worry I'll never use this shitty location ever again. This location is a Rip off as I know what level of fuel I took the vehicle out and what the level of fuel was when I returned it and I can ASSURE YOU it was on the same level. This plug knows she ripped me off and probably thinks it funny.
JAPHETH LI was charged for an extra day even though my rental allowed me two days; I picked up on Friday and returned on Sunday, to the dealer assigned to me at rental WHO WAS NOT EVEN OPEN THAT DAY. It's not my fault they did not turn in the rental return until Monday.
