I WAS TOLD TO REMOVE LOCK MYSELF BY BREAKING IT OFF (LIABILITY) AND WASTED TIME AND MONEY DRIVING BACK AND FORTH TO THE ORIGINAL PICKUP LOCATION AND HOME DEPOT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO REMOVE THE LOCK. NOT CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE UHAUL IS READY FOR NEXT PERSON. UNACCEPTABLE. LOST AROUND $200
Ethan nTruck was dirty and had no gas. Was not given paperwork and I did not sign anything but they over charged me $100!!!!
JENNIFER MWhen I began my rental, my gas gage was at 1/2 full. I only traveled 15 miles during my rental and I put $15 worth of gas in the vehicle before I returned it and it registered as 1/2 full when I returned it. However I was charged $10,12 for 2 gallons of gas by the u-haul agent. This was wrong and so petty. Please issue me a refund for being over charged. Merci.
