I am shocked that U Haul would utilize this location for anything related to their business.

Phone reservation was wrong with customer service: they booked me for a Sunday instead of a Saturday when we had agreed for a Saturday. We arrived at the rental place at 9am: someone's home and the front gate was closed: we honked, pressed buttons and called customer service. I'm glad the dogs on the property didn't bite me. I knocked on the door and finally a guy came out almost screaming at me, angry because I entered the property. He rented us a small truck 10' and after driving away 3 miles we went to pick my helper and the truck's battery died and it took us 25min to have someone come and jump start us with an F-150 truck. Now Uhaul is charging me $58 for gas and for driving the truck 6 miles and allegedly using it for 1 hour. I took the truck back to the pick up location and the guy offered me a different truck and we decided to just cancel any rental from then on. They should maintain their trucks get their oil changes and change their dead batteries. I will speak to a manager.

The location was very hard to find. The facade is a normal neighborhood house. After we passed it a few times according to GPS, we saw a small UHaul sign on the ground slightly shrouded. We pulled up to a closed gate and a small child opened it after a few minutes. I drove to the back and saw some UHaul trucks. When I got there, a younger man rudely told me I had to go to the main house. I rang the doorbell, no response. I knocked loudly and a young girl opened the door. The house smelled intensely strong of marijuana. The younger man then came up from behind and said his dad wasn't there, but he'd check it in when he got back. I was apprehensive, but in a hurry. I followed instructions. It was extremely rude and unprofessional, and almost creepy. I would recommend UHaul stop doing business with this person. I called UHaul customer service not long after to ensure I was credited properly with an on time return, and that person was very kind.

I was charged for more miles than I actually drove. Other than that everything was great. Friendly , easy and great customer service.

Very limited parking in a sketchy neighborhood. The guy was very nice, however, he was overwhelmed with all the Uhaul business happening at the same time I was there. I had no choice but to pickup a auto transport trailer from here as it was the only one available within 200 miles.

Very narrow residential street. Could barely drive the U-haul truck down the road.

Truck had almost no gas and I was lucky to make it to a gas station. Rear left tire low on air that required a visit to a repair shop while on my trip.

There was no gas in the truck. And there was damage to it. I ordered a furniture dolly and that wasn't included but it was part of what I was charged for. The location was really sketchy and there are 2 sets of hours.

this is the worst pick up location I have ever been to the attendant didn't even give me any paperwork all he did was send it to my email. Now I have to print it out at home in order to have a copy of the receipt. there were cars parked all around which made it hard to move around there. I hope I never have to pick up anything there again.

The location is an industrial area, in a secluded warehouse in an isolated part of town. U-Hail signage is not clearly visible and the office is shared with another welding business, making it even more confusing. There were multiple large dogs roaming around freely as well as what appeared to be transient people. Additionally, I requested for an in office key pick up and the office was unattended and locked. I was unable to retrieve the code for the key box on my own because after providing all the required information, the U-Haul app advised me to see the employee inside the office. I had to call the helpline and speak with two different representatives. It took me almost an hour to finally get the keys, all while being alone in a sketchy neighborhood. I am a male and I felt unsafe. I will never pick up a vehicle at this location again.

Thanks to Daria for providing this location for truck pick-up, since the first location didn't have equipment. We really appreciate Daria's help and Tac Fabrications' efficient processing, so we could get the U-Haul truck loaded!!

Quit making shit up to charge me for I will never ever rent another u haul as long as I live I'm going to home depot next time u guys suck

Location changed several times. This was further out to add more miles. They gave me a flat rate that I was ok with but because of location I wasn't able to get back before they closed but did have after hours drop off. Took a while to figure it out but at the end the ap asked for more money. I disputed it and they were supposed to call but never did so guessing the flat rate was ok.

The office was locked and when I called the guy apologized and said he be there shortly. Took him 45 min to arrive and the. Lectured me that he was already closed and I shouldn't have reserved the truck outside of business hours. The guy was obviously under the influence of alcohol.
