No one was available at pick-up time. I asked several patrons of the property but they didn't know where the responsible party was. I left and he finally called and said he was on the way. I still couldn't locate him when i returned. When he finally showed up, he was not experienced with the process and had to call a family member to walk him through it. The equipment was missing a connector and it turned out 1 ramp was damaged. Pick-up took roughly 2 hours or more start to finish. The place was dirty and had no heat. He let us use the bathroom since we were waiting so long. This i appreciated but it was also dirty. However, he was very nice.

This location was 2 minutes right up the road from my new home. Very convenient location and had multiple Uhaul trucks on site so I could tell it was legit. I dropped off the keys after hours and was charged $10 for 2 gal of gas to reach the 1/2 mark. They should have read the notes before charging me for gas.

Nicholas HI made the reservation on line. I did not want to pre-complete the pickup process. I did not want to use my phone for the pickup. Nothing was mentioned about a lockbox or code, that the local agent could not access nor provide. In the end, two hours was wasted going back and forth between customer services agents who did not speak English, with emails, texting, handing phone to others and three ways calls, sending personal info to email, between agents and phones. At one point, told that our call would be returned in 24 hours!! I returned the vehicle the next day, but still was charged for four days. I will not be renting U-Haul again.
