Overall the cleanliness off the interior cab was not good. The brakes on the vehicle were also unsafe at times when stopping at signs. I use this location only because it is convenient for me.
CODY JThis is my first time renting a truck. The ordering process was easy and the pickup and drop off process was easy as well. The vehicle was a bit of a disappointment. The cab of the truck was very dirty, dashboard, floor. The box of the truck as well was not swept out from the previous renters. The latch on the rear door was very difficult to close. I literally had to hit it several times in order for it to close enough for the final latch to close. A hammer would have been useful in this situation, but I didn't have one. Would I rent again if I needed to? Yes, I would but hopefully the second time would be a better experience. Thank you. Donna DeMars

daniel kThe business owner was always unhelpful. When asked his response was always " Go to your phone." The trucks check engine light was on when picked up, the truck had 1/4 tank of gas when picked up and when dropped off, owner argued it had a 1/2 tank when picked up. When I disputed this fact and told him I had a picture and receipt from gas station to prove, his response was well ok. I was not happy with his customer service or how he maintained the vehicle. I will not recommend this location at any point.

jeffrey hService was great. The guy at the location is more than helpful, but the equipment itself was absolutely true Roche us the truck that I received was a death trap all over the road. The alignment was so horrible. The steering wheel was caught tapped way around. We thought that the truck wouldn't even make it uphill after it was loaded down so other than, the service that I received at the location from the gentleman they experience was horrible. Someone should do something about that truck that I got because it was pretty bad.

gail hStraighten out problems with the app and let people who use it know they will need additional contacts for verification before the moment the need to be put into the app. Every time I left the app to look up contact information, the app shut down and my screen went black and then I had to start the whole check in process all over again. Awful, stressful experience
