TERICA DThe trailer blew 2 tire due to it having incorrect offset wheels. Luckily no damage to persons or property. 2 hours of inconvenience on the side of the interstate. I'll know what to look for prior to my next rental.

STEPHANIE WRight off rip tried to charge me double got that handled. There was roaches in the cab of the truck. The drop off location didn't even exist anymore called corporate to fix it, dropped the truck off then got charge EXTRA MILLAGE for taking to the new location that UHAUL WANTED me to take it to. Will never us uhaul again and I hope no one does

Bob CWheels weren't even hand tight on the tailer had to pull over due to a shake in the steering wheel thankfully I'm a machine and knew to check all the Wheels to make sure mine were fine but all the tires on the trailer were about to fall off the license plate light was even out when we made it to the drop off location they even noticed that the trailer it's self wasn't secured the right way and the wear in tear was awful I have 5 baby's and we could have lost all of our lives
Zachery ELeft trailer on property and contract in drop box as requested July 5. My booking was not resolved until July 16 when I called to ask about it, and the lady was overheard saying "we have to find this ladies contract and trailer." Just wow

GENE MI dropped my Uhaul off from out of state. It was an easy process. The gentleman I turned my key into was very polite and professional. No issues at all. I would definitely use this location again.
Shamika WI had problems with the U-Haul app when I tried returning the truck after business hours. I took pictures of the gasoline level and mileage as well as inside the back of the truck. But the app wouldn't let me continue to next steps.
ANNETTE GTanner's was fantastic! They were so helpful when I ran into an issues caused by the original rental location. She fixed it and made everything so simple for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

Carina RAfter verifying my tow setup with uhaul online the pickup location was completely incompetent and unable to provide the proper equipment in a timely manner. Equipment I ended up with had previous damage that was not listed on the rental contract.
