Sheryl SThe cab had a smell and the windshield was crusted with bugs and smears. The truck had 160K miles and the transmission didn't shift smoothly more like a jump. Most of the U-Haul equipment I've used in recant years was new or fairly new. Looks like U-Haul is headed back to where it was when it was known for old and unsafe equipment. I home this truck was a ready for retirement. It was nasty, has rust and grease on wheels. It needs attention. The only clean part was the back where the cargo goes. Thanks for listening.

gene sMy truck was only 1/2 full of gas at pickup. I paid $62 to fill it up before I even started my move. I return it full. Other then that, Uhaul was great. The truck was perfect for my move no issues with it at all.
RICK WI Haul system was down the biggest part of the day we pick out Truck and Trailer up. Did not have the same equipment available that I reserved . So I had to pay more to get A trailer. I returned my equipment in the next day very cleaned. It's been several days now . Still have not received my Refund from the company on my Deposit. I don't understand why U Haul had to Hold such A amount on my Bank account. And now still has A hold on my money. U haul didn't have to wait several Days for me to pay them. I shouldn't have to wait several Days for them to give me my money back. So no not happy with this rental or U Haul

Patricia BJust disappointed that we ordered an appliance dolly and there was one there but we couldn't use it because it didn't have some kind of number. Tire pressure was low on all 4 tires.
