Nothing to improve at this location. They were fast we were in and out and when we got back, he checked it over. Everything was good and we were out within 10 minutes. Excellent service à la clientèle.

There was a small amount of pet hair on the passenger seat where the seat and the back meet. Nice truck, very clean,
REBECCA HDead zone, was unable to check out when we actually dropped the truck off. Checked out almost 2hr later after driving back to location. No cell reception, awful. Will never use this location again.

RICHARD FI was happy with the service and everyone was very helpful. But when i returned the vehicle i was upset to see a fuel charge and gas level. It was clearly wrong. I will not be using their establishment again.
shaune fThe furniture dollies requested were not at the site and the furniture pads were only 6 instead of 12. The special requests should have been provided to the pick up site. To be clear, the site and the people there were excellent but the support from U-Haul to provide the reserved equipment was completely lacking.
John RThe key to my vehicle was supposed to be in Lockbox #2. Lockbox #2 was missing a lock and did not have the key to my vehicle in it. I had to call the help line, who gave us the passcode for lockbox #1, which had the key to my vehicle.
Ava CThe location is in the middle of nowhere industrial thorald and it is not lit up. It is dangerous and a safety issue. As a woman it is intimidating being that the location is pitch black when it's after hours. Thankfully I was lucky to have my husband with me and myself with a flashlight but even still he ended up walking into the fence to get to the back of the truck because it was so dark he couldn't see that the truck was parked flush with the fence. I would never go there alone as a woman and frankly nobody should. Anybody could have been laying and waiting in the dark to take the U-Haul truck or money or whatever. Not safe at all once dark.
