GLORIA SThere was no face-to-face available at any time during the rental from start to finish. The vehicle door mechanism did not open to the window had to stay down so that you were able to open the door all while it was raining. The gas cap was broken and difficult to deal with when needing to put gasoline. The actual storage portion of the vehicle had a leak and a lot of my boxes were destroyed and all the contents were completely soaked. When I brought it to the gentlemen's attention over the phone because again there was no face-to-face interaction he said " Thank you, we are going to have to get that looked at." So there was no regard for whether my things were ruined and question about what could be done to rectify the situation. I most definitely not be using this company again nor will I be suggesting that anybody use this company in the future. This experience was absolutely ridiculous.
RANDOLPH RI wish that there could've been some kind of grace given. I called the office in advance to inform them that I would be a tad later than originally expected which I thought was courteous. I was unfortunately forced to load and unload a home by myself. I thought that being forthright would be helpful in understanding my situation. My frustration is that I was charged another day for going past my time a litttle.

Adebusola SYou have a great employee/manager with Bobby there. Very easy to work with and gets the job done. It would be very difficult and expensive for U-Haul to try to improve the facility even though it really needs a complete makeover to become a premium location. But if U-Haul wants a world-class enterprise in the southwest Houston area, corporate headquarters should consider a major upgrade to this facility.

LUIS VTruck had a bad odor, driver door did not fully close/open door light stayed on for duration of use. AC only worked on high. A few minutes before reservation I received a call to transfer reservation to another location.. this was the second time that day my reservation would have been moved at the last minute so I took what was available.

GEORGE Semployees there are nice but it is muddy; the truck has over 90K miles on it and rides rough. But they stay open late and are very helpful.
David JMy original reservation was at the Bailey Road location. The reservation was for 8:00 I arrived just before 9:00. It took the representative there 22 minutes to get to me. By the time he checked me in he said that the truck had already been taken and that he couldn't help me. Extremely frustrated I asked if there was another vehicle, he replied no. I don't understand how a vehicle can be cancelled without any notice. I asked if this policy was listed on the website- a vehicle reservation would be lost on account of the representative delay in assisting their customers. He lacked customer service demeanor. When I arrived at the location to pick up the vehicle which the gentleman told me it was 8 minutes away and turned out to be 20, the new location did not have my reservation. He was unable to supply me with a furniture dolly or a regular dolly as I had ordered. Bobby at this location saw my frustration and was able to provide me with a truck. My experience was less than satisfactory. The Bailey location in Pearland, TX. does not know how to operate and provide good customer service. I should not have lost my reservation on account of his delay in attending to me. This should have been rectified there. I will not use UHaul again.

latonia kThe location is inside of a storage facility. It is very difficult to maneuver around the building and the equipment just sitting out such as dollies and carts. I would recommend the owner clean up the area so the pulling a trailer in or out would easier.

GRADY DThis is a storage facility with a dirt road adjacent to it and that's where one is supposed to drop off the truck. There were potholes and no room to turn or maneuver.

Jalila BThe owner came, opened the gate to let me in. Unhooked me, scanned in some info and a few seconds later I had a receipt on my phone. Easy as that. The turnaround was a little tight but I managed to get out. Great to work with. It'll be easier to find once the road construction gets finished.
