There was no obvious location to drop of the keys after hours at drop off time of 7:30 am so had to return at the start of business at 9 am to drop off.

Moya BThe operator, Duane, was excellent. Honest, friendly and customer oriented. Will definitely recommend anyone to go to him for utility vehicle rentals. I didn't give an excellent rating because the premises didn't have parking facility for clients and also the office lacks seating, comfortable and conducive environment to conduct business. Anyway, these are not super important. The most important thing is the honest and friendly manner in which the operator conducted business.

Carol CI ordered a 20ft around a month in advance. They didn't have that. So I had to get the 26ft size and got charged for there mistake. Then I paid the $15 for a appliance dolly and they didn't have that either so I got a utility dolly that was $7.00. Wasn't compensated that money either. This is not me bashing the store it's just towards uhaul. It wasn't organized. I did love that it was the only one on the sunshine coast and I didn't have to pay for the ferry.

THOMAS SDuane is the epitome of great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate using his services again. My issue was the 15' moving truck ran and handled like something 40 years old and then leaked water all over my daughters mattress and couch due to a bad patch job in the roof of the box...all in all everything worked out and you can't beat the price on a u-haul truck or trailer for your moving needs...especially on the Sunshine Coast

Allison HThe Bitter End employee was fantastic and very helpful but unfortunately UHaul changed our equipment 3x k e day prior to our pick-up, causing a cancellation of our ferry bookings and almost not being able to travel.
Jade HGetting messages back was impossible. I booked a 15 foot truck and ended up with a 20 foot truck. I didn't get a discount for the 15 foot truck even though I didn't select it. The staff member the location was nice, but he had to keep calling the owner and I had to wait for messages back-and-forth when I was at the location picking the vehicle up customer responses need to be taken more seriously. I don't know if I would recommend this location or not, it's slim Pickens for truck rentals, around here but I would be afraid next time I won't get a truck. They also told me not to top up the gas so I don't know if I got charged more for gas if they topped it up.. but I don't know. apparently the 15 foot truck had a mechanical issue, but why didn't you tell the customer? Why was I left in the dark? Like I say no communication was not good.

ALEXANDRE GIt is awesome that The Bitter End Boaters Exchange offers a U-Haul drop off location on the Sunshine Coast, otherwise, users would have to catch the ferry back into Vancouver to drop it off (a giant hassle and potentially all day ordeal). This is a great business decision to have the drop off location on the Sunshine Coast.
