awful experience, staff were not able to provide support on U-Haul. I had to call national head office and spend over 1 hour getting helped via phone and email to get the truck. The pickup location is an an absolute joke of a company and should lose its U-Haul status as a drop off or pick up location.the truck was also on empty and dirty upon arrival.

Justin BThe windowsheild had a film on the inside did. It notice until the sun came out. Also people should know that if they are going on a ferry anything over the 10ft U-Haul is chargesd as a commercial truck. Also when I booked I booked as 20ft and truck is 27ft I almost did not get on with my reservation.
Heidi BVery convenient and helpful pick-up
Lynn PUnfriendly stuff, I had to call four times to make sure they will have a truck at my move date, and they kept asking to call back again later. This is just the only place on the coast so they are just doing their job anyhow knowing that there is no where else to go
