Service rapide et convivial. Nice panel van that was super easy to drive. Check in and out was so easy, I was amazed. All electronic. Nice experience

The app wasn't great. I would get stuck at some steps then I would leave the app and I couldn't get back to them. You need to compress the photos that the last user uploads so that the next user can download them faster. Your chat customer service was a lot of help! Definitely saved the day having them help me out.

The iPhone app needs to be improved. Several times the app stopped working during the checkin process while taking photos.

The staff at Dutch Mill had no clue what i was talking about when i asked about the key box drop off location. I called U-Haul and they weren't sure what to do. The staff finally called the owner of Dutch Mill who finally said it was the correction location for a drop off but also appeared confused and took the keys from me. The whole thing seemed off and not organized.

Also at the drop off location no body was present. no one picked up on the locations phone number listed on the app. While completing the return form on the app the app crashed. I had to call in helpline to complete the return process and I was not able to upload the pictures for that reason. Not a good experience at all.

The return parking lot was closed when I came to return the truck, was stranded for hours outside had to deal with a rude staff member over the phone who did nothing to mitigate this disaster.

Truck interior was dirty but didn't matter for what we needed to accomplish. The fuel was just above 1/4 tank so was surprised that we had to fill it. And the instructions were to return it with that same level of gas. This was difficult to do. No windshield washer fluid. Truck was to be returned at midnight. Arrived 10pm and the gate was closed so we could not access the lot. Very frustrating. The lock to return the key was very difficult to use. Took 10+ attempts to unlock it. The truck itself was fine and got the job done. It was process that was frustrating. Location was great for us.

I had extreme difficulty with the online check-in. I am a senior citizen and the trauma of moving, coupled with a check-in website that was not at all friendly was very troubling. While I like UHaul for their rates and road-worthy vehicles - I would not recommend this location to any of my friends in my age group at all. If it hadn't been for my daughter who saved the day and went online to get the lockbox code my move would have been a total disaster. It was my worst experience in a long time.

Danny was very helpful with truck pick up and return. Communication was clear and concise. Readily answered calls with questions and was extremely accommodating with the rental return. Great service and seamless move thanks to this location. Thank you Danny!

Great location, great service. Danny was very professional and very helpful in arranging the pickup of the truck, giving a lot of details on site, and over the phone before the pickup with details and after the drop off to make sure I had a great experience. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends.
