VICTOR MOnly if you want to drive to Mexico north…I reserved at different location but the vehicle I reserved was mechanically unsound and had to drive further away for my rental.

jose pTerrible Location. The entire check-In transaction had to be conducted by handing license and credit card through a chain link fence, could not enter premises. Left standing in the sun while the check- in was completed. No customer parking close by.
Robert MAir conditioning was not working properly. It was not cooling at all for 3 hours. The motor was also making a loud noise when the gas pedal had pressure on it. I also had to wait outside in 105 degree weather as I wasn't allowed to into the office. I also tried calling several times with no response by a magic phone service? I should get back some credit for what happened!
armando dStaff was not onsite at the time of rental. The truck had sand in the back from the previous renter. The pick up location and size of truck was changed. Moving blankets were not available at the time of rental. Which would have been nice to know so I could have made other arrangements.
Michael CDirty truck had to drive an extra 69 miles one way to pick up truck as no communication that truck wasn't where it was supposed to be. The fellow at the pick up point in Yuma was close to illiterate! He was no help at all plus he lied about sending me an e mail . The Drop point was very helpful in Mesquite good on her !
Bob WThe vehicle was not ready till almost 2 hrs later and I got charged for gasoline when I turned in the vehicle exactly how it was.

BENITO RBeing charged for extra day and gasoline even though dropped truck before due daye and time. App did not work and I called in for help and was told they would enter info and I could go after i provided information. Then get charged for extra day and 14 for extra service.
