Frank was very nice. Came out at 0630 in the morning to help us with the process of getting the truck. He was very helpful and nice. The process was flawless.

Jared CI reserved a few weeks in advance. The night before pick up, after flying in from 1 500 miles away, U-Haul texted me that they didn't have any trucks in the pick up area I reserved. I had to drive 250 miles (approx 4 1/2 hrs away) each way to pick up. That took 10 hrs out of my first day travel plans. I had reserved hotels and prepaid for stops along my trip. I was unable to make it to the stops due to delay from U-Hauls poor planning and late notice. Very disappointed in U-Haul.

I arrived at 440pm. Not professional at all… do not recommend for drop off at all.

Patrick RBiggest problem is that this location was 28 miles away from the house we were loading. I requested a location less than 5 miles away. I was told there were no trucks, however we passed the closer lot (on Hwy 14) several times all weekend and there were at least 5 trucks in the lot. We lost over an hour of loading time and went over our allotted mileage because this lot was so far away. The owner was great but it is hard to see from the highway.

Morgan MThis location can best be described as an abandoned farm. Every building there was either collapsed or on the verge of collapsing. No one was present at all, either. I had to call the number on my receipt only to be told the only employee was out of town and I would receive a text with instructions on how to get the truck key. There was still no one there to do any paperwork when I returned the truck, merely a key dropbox that you have to climb busted steps to reach. Professionalism is an unheard of concept at this location. If you have to use this location, get a tetanus shot first.

William BThe size truck we wanted to rent was not available but Frank questioned us about the measurements of our cargo and he came up with a combination truck and trailer that fit almost exactly. Frank was very accommodating at the pick up and return of the truck and trailer. We will definitely recommend him and used him again.
Kevin DThere was no help. There were broke down vehicles all in the way it was filthy and so unorganized. You couldn't figure out where to park the uhaul for all the crap in the way.

JASON AThe truck was extremely clean and Frank at the pick up location was very friendly and provided excellent services. The issue was the truck, specifically the alignment. Our trip was almost 1500 miles and driving that truck just added to the trip. It pulled hard to the right and the slack in the steering made for a horrible drive.

Rosie FOwner very rude mad about having to unhook the trailer, then charged $32,77 clean up fee which is untrue. I don't think he had any trailer out there that was clean. Property very unclean and disorganized with debris everywhere.
