dawn WThere was no trailer jack on my rental of a 6 x 12 enclosed trailer. You should warn a head of rental so customers can bring a small bottle jack if needed. But, I feel it's needed! Other than that great experience with our local uhaul guy!

David BNo office just an abandoned room with a phone, no one in the office and no way to reach anyone. We were redirected to this office from our original location and given a larger truck than we asked for and were originally going to be charged a higher price
Mario SThe trailer we rented was used previously to haul a vehicle of sorts and the smell of fuel was less than desirable. Floor was not swept and the exterior of the trailer needed washed.
Christine ZPicking up the truck on Sunday did not go smoothly. The uhaul app said my location didn't have a truck when it did, then I had to wait on hold for assistance.

James WI would say the only thing I can say is maybe provide extended ice scrapers, as it is very difficult to get ice off the truck with a regular sized scraper.

Nacole HThe equipment is given to you with less than a full tank of gas. You put gas into the equipment to where it was when you got it and they still charge you for gas because you didn't fill it to full. If I didn't receive it full then I am not responsible to fill it up to full. I am only responsible to fill it up to where it was given to me in the first place.
BEATRICE AU-haul could improve computer system. I had unnecessary delays considering equipment was reserved a week prior to pickup, confirmed the day before & still had computer issues. Overall, not a huge deal.
Henry KEverything went well. I did have to get the keys from the office- I found the online check in very hard to follow. I also did not get my receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me. It never showed up.
KIM RNo problems incurred in dropping off the unit.
Kevin KOwner not only answered the phone when I called (they were closed) but waited for me to get there after hours. He then offered me to park in his lot if I wanted to start packing the night before

PHILIPJAMES ROnly problem I had was with the parking break that wouldn't release then it did and the normal break never engaged. It was a very scary experience
