first off before walking inside, it smelled so bad like rotting meat - like something had died outside near there. they quite literally took an hour to find the keys. They just didnt know where it was. The truck was dirty, trash left in the vehicle. The truck had a quarter tank of gas.

Truck was dirty, only had 3/4 of fuel, so I filled it up to there, and they charged me for a full tank.

Was given truck with absolutely no gas yet had to return it with 1/4. If I’m expected of standards then I should be given it in the same condition

The location is extremely confusing with not clear parking location for the Uhaul trucks. You'll either be parking while blocking a ramp exit, other vehicles driving by, nearby business lots, handicap spots, other Uhaul trucks, different business trucks, or customer cars. If they were to fix this issue, it would make the experience a lot better for all users of Uhaul.

1) No printer on site could not get copy of Invoice 2)No parking for personal car very limited space 3) On turn in of truck the person checking in in trk, overcharged me (Fuel) (Returned trk with more fuel than I left with)and did not even give me a total cost untill I asked what my balance was she gave me a way more than I was expecting answer asked to see the invoice they could not open it up the invoice on there computer. 4)Because no printer I had to go to my e-mail, tell them they overcharged me,they were unable to change or correct the mistake called the U-Haul Rep.for the area he confirmed with the owner that I brought the trk back in with more fuel then I left. U-Haul Rep said he would fix it and text me the new Invoice did not receive it that night texted him again in the morning still no answer tried calling right to Voice Mail. Had to end up calling the U-Haul customer service to put in a grievance. What a waste of my time and aggravation and if I had not asked what the balance due was and just left I would be on the hook for there mistake . That is why I would never rent a trk with The Key Man again.

Kathy provided me an excellent service. Smooth transaction, everyone at location are all very pleasant to deal with. Even when we returned the vehicle, the gentleman out there directed us where to drop off the vehicle and the safety box where we put back the key. No hassle. Highly recommended for your uhaul needs even at short notice. Merci.
