The location was abandoned, closed and boarded. Smelled like urine. There was no uhaul lockbox to drop the keys, as it was instructed to leave them. Spent another 2 hrs attempting to locate someone to drop off the keys with. She then had the guts to tell us that we were supposed to bring the lockbox with us from where we picked up the truck, to leave the keys in?! I will not use your services again, I will go to the competition.
Mehran NThe return experience was terrible. There was no place to turn in the keys. I waited over an hour and a half for a resolution of locking the key in the truck or turning it in on Monday which was not an option. The return address was 113 e Manchester, Los Angeles CA.
RHONDA OWhen I made the reservation the original address was changed to the Manchester location the day before to a gas station. However, that location was never notified of the pick up. So I fault the first location for the bad experience. The woman was excellent once we were connected.
