ANDREW GI want to say thanks to Shawn and Tyler at The Moving Store at 1214 Camino Carlos Rey Ste 1 Santa Fe, NM 87505. I came into your store after suffering a significant vehicle issue while driving my camper from Colorado to Arizona. I was still in the early minutes of dealing with the dealership and trying to figure out how to get my trailer on a safe space and then get home. These two guys went way above and beyond. They helped me call storage places for my trailer, helped me get the best safe truck from you all, and even recommended food and hotels for the night. It was a crazy hectic day, but these two made it a lot easier on me. They had great patience and ensured I was not only provided a great Uhual product, they helped me as a human get through a stressful day. Thank you to Uhual and these two great humans.
DAVID VAlthough I started the rental as it being 'clean' once driving it it was almost impossible to see out of the windshield safely. I had to go to a gas satiation to clean it myself. Would appreciate a more thorough cleaning before my next rental.

Aaron SYour website says I can check in with my smart phone. I don't think that;s possible, at least at some locations, Showing that as an option, when it isn't, makes things needlessly confusing, I checked in at the counter. It was pretty fast and efficient.

THOMAS B7 days is not enough time to load ,drive and unload a 20or 26 ft Uhaul. Staff in sante fe usually try to help where they can to have a little extra time.

Duane SGreat experience overall! Appreciate the timeliness of service and the willingness to work for solutions (I had some box returns without a receipt handy). The staff were friendly and efficient, and the truck performed as expected. This is a well-stocked store, considering its size, and the folks there knew what they were doing. I appreciate their referral of a local mover who did an excellent job with the heavy lifting. I would use this location again for moving needs.

SHAUN PThis was the first time I had to reclean the cargo area before use. There were mouse droppings in Mom's Attic, along with multiple pieces of metal and plastic mixed in with some type of soil. The cab also had coffee splatters, but I did not have time to clean the cab before use. The truck also had issues with the back door latch. A few times we really had to push to get the door locked and because of the metal being bent, we couldn't fix our padlock on it without some struggle.

HAROLD TMy pick up location was great~ Kyle & Sean were both helpful and flexible and very great to work with. I was able to return some plastic supplies I did not use which was great. The Uhaul Van was plenty of room and once I adjusted to driving such a big vehicle, I was comfortable and all went well. I have to say, however, that the blanket rental in NY was a very long and disorganized experience. The corporate UHAUL automated systems bypass the human local service and therefore, the local rules and the corporate rules are not in SYNCH ~ payment protocols and rental protocols are not consistent and so miscommunications happened for me. The payment protocols info given to me when I made reservation was different info when I got to the local shop. ( very stressful, I had to move money around in order to use a credit card rather than debit card. Also the NY blanket rental took like 45 min to pick up 6 blankets for a one way rental.... costing all involved, valuable time and over complication - definitely NOT seamless. But the van was in good shape and worked well cross country ~ so I felt safe and made the trip! Merci.
