That U-Haul overcharged me over $300 with the $38 overdraft fee and everything I said to the corporate office was questioned like I was lying or something we're not done you have till Friday to put my money back in the bank. I'm gonna dispute it. I'm gonna get all my money back for overcharging me Need to close that place down

Location is very dirty. I had to input the information into their phone myself as he was washing his car. His other employee just sat there watching tv. I was not supposed to be charged yet after I left he charged me anyway. He's very lazy and a liar.

The gentleman that helped me reeked of pot. It was a real life Cheech and Chong event. He was too high to even hook the trailer up properly.

This was my 2nd experience renting from UHAUL in the past couple of months. I have concerns regarding the professionalism of local dealers when picking up and returning equipment. This most recent experience, my reservation was canceled even though I had already picked up the cargo trailer and still had possession of it. It caused a great deal of confusion and difficulty when attempting to return the equipment.

There is no lighting at the location. The lamp on the property is out. If I didn't have a headlamp to put on my head, I would not have been able to see or take adequate photos. Trailers are parked all over the place, and I wasn't totally comfortable dropping off there. Had I known that I would have chosen another location. I called the location repeatedly during business hours and no one answered the phone. They have voicemail service, but it's full so I couldn't leave a message. You should rethink using this company as a pickup/drop off location.

Well, I was scheduled to pick up a 6x12 at another place , but when I got there it was closed . I had all ready went 20 miles out of my way .. I was headed back when I saw this place and ended up getting a 5x8 because that's all he had .. was not happy with u- haul that day
