No one at loacation to meet me. Had to hook up the trailer by myself. Fortunitly I was able to do this but not everyone would be able.
William LJ was extremely pleasant to work with. Helped me navigate the process from start to finish so it was a breeze.
ISAIAH HTruck smelled like marijuana. Was filthy inside the cab - muddy floors and all windows had hand and foot prints. Cargo hold was dirty and had trash in it. It said the truck's gas tank had a quarter of tank of gas. I wrote down 1/8th, but the fuel light came on before I had driven the truck 2 miles. Worse part is that the truck's alignment was off. I drive 500 miles pointing the steering wheel to 11 o'clock to keep it straight. A majority safety hazard. U-Haul should be ashamed for renting trucks that are dangerous & a safety hazard.

LAQUENCEIA YThis place was great the first place I went to not so much . This place had a last minute appointment they guy came and took care of my needs and was very kind. The truck was clean and I was finally off to my destination.
