I used the after hours return system but it went well. The location was clean and well maintained from what I could see.

Customer service..stop over charging...it got b a way to ...not pay...for mile leaving location and bring back I spent 40 just to get back home and take back...on way back the gad gauge drops then u got stop to put more gas and I get charge extra day

The over all service of U-Haul was out standing! The prices was too expensive! For an in town move, for one day and half the second day! Cost me 156 plus gas!!! The company should offer discounts to senior citizens!!

Smooth sailing with this rental! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole process a breeze. Truck ran like a dream, even with all my stuff crammed in the back. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a hassle-free move. Five stars all around!

The trailer smelled like a skunk and some of our items smelled when we unloaded them. To me it smelled like marijuana. Very stinky inside and could've been left open to prevent that smell. However, the trailer itself looked like it had been swept and the outside was in fairly good condition. tires and lights worked well. Besides the awful smell, good experience.

Couple of small concerns with the truck, namely the broken lock on the sliding door to the rear and a loose mirror on the driver's side. Luckily I didn't need to lock my possessions for the short term that we had the truck. And the mirror I was able to tighten enough so that it stopped slipping constantly. Otherwise, exceedingly pleasant owner and totally satisfied with truck rental. As always, a very seamless rental process.

The staff at The Storage Place 2 went above and beyond to help us with our rental. Thank you! Have more vehicles readily available for long haul trips that are equipped with cruise control.

When doing the contracts the lady needs to choose a drop off location instead of just clicking clarksville. I told her for both contracts and each one she didn't and I had to call traffic to change it.

Check all pins and connections. As a new trailer renter, I was too excited about if I could handle the trailer, I forgot to check the pins in the ramp. One was unpinned. I was more concerned with the condition and didn't see the missing pin. Maybe a pre check list would've been helpful.

Be really nice if i was only charged for the days i had the uhaul and not a standard five day rental. Equipment was only used for one day and i was charged almost the price it is to buy a trailer.
