very nice i talked to spot manger she listened to my complaint about the truck very good listen and said she was going to put the truck on a repair list

BOBBI DWe were there during business hours, arriving at about 2:45 pm, but the location was closed for lunch with a sign reading that they would be back by 3:00 pm. However, they were still not there by 3:30 pm, and we needed to leave. I finally got ahold of someone on the 800 number, and they directed me to drop off the keys in a drop box. I did so and left at about 3:45 and never did see anyone at the office.
LYNN WThe pick up location was great. The drop location in Logan was very rude. No office. Someone was sitting in the parking lot part time to receive incoming trailers.
MICHAEL II chose a location based on hours of operation, then Uhaul changed the location to a place that is closed on Sundays.

Katelyn KThe store is never open when it says it is. Also we returned our uhaul at 1 like we were told but since no one was at the store we put keys in lockbox. Go figure we had uhaul call us saying that it wasn't returned. When in fact it was there was just no one to see it returned. I had to call uhaul twice to it get sorted out and they even told me they are having troubles getting ahold of this location. Poor service from this location.
Jocelyn Snot easily accessible in regards to signage showing direction to enter, has signs after guessing where the entrance is but really should focus on signage on the street..

Brandon MExcellent staff interaction. Quick service. Really nice equipment storage/pickup area. Nice parking. Note to customers: Arrive from the north, heading south, when returning trucks and trailers. (You can't turn left into this location from 5600...and u-turns in that area are tough.)

Mark WGreat staff and decent vehicles. The only problem is that the location is a little difficult to find as it's tucked behind other buildings and there's no clear signage from the main access road.

Jose HThe vehicle was extremely old had no power stirring. The rate per mile was higher than most with BETTER equipment. We tried to extend our rental but we were unable to because supposedly somebody else was renting it the next day.. So we rented another one from another location there equipment was so much better and on top of that we paid about 35 cents less per mile. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION YOU ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! Good day!!
