I returned the vehicle after hours. As stated above the app never worked. I called the location the next day to make sure everything was received and to make sure there was nothing else I needed to do. I called and called and no one answered. The phone would ring and ring and then disconnect with no option to leave a message. I finally had to call the 800 number. A very poor way to do business. If your dealers don't want to talk to people and help them they shouldn't be your dealer.
Heather HThe trailer I rented was rusty it was hard to crank to load and unload the trailer infact it was so hard the guy at the shop didn't even help hook ut up or unhook and made a comment I need to oil it but haven't had time the straps wouldn't rachet or nothing the gentleman at the shop had several loose dogs that will climb all over your truck and scratch it up as he stands and watch
Ed SStrong smell of smoke in the shop and in the truck. Maybe refrain from smoking in customer areas. Other than that, the service was great and he was very friendly.

RICKEY STrain your agent to read the contract and not charge when the contract already has a CC to charge in the contract, train them on the system also
