Great guys working there. Good truck, only drove 9 or 10 miles. Waiting for a refund on the excess miles.

JAMES WThis is not the correct location. The unit was dropped off at Appalachian Auto Repair. The owner of the place was very hostile. His employees were yelling and cussing at me. This was all overheard by a U-Haul customer service rep as I was on the phone with her when it happened.

Jeffrey HI reserved truck, blankets, and dolly at a location in my town. Last minute my location was moved. When I arrived the truck(in pretty scary condition was there), but no blankets, or dollies available. I was referred to a third location where I got half the blankets, and a dolly. My reserved pick up time was 5:00 PM, had I not shown up early they would have been closed( a 5:00 closing time), and I wouldn't have been able to get blankets or dolly until the next mornings opening time which was two hrs, after my moving crew was scheduled to start. All in all a stressful experience, with a truck that I just knew would drop a granny any minute.

Bobby HThe authorized Uhaul dealer's building has very poor internet service. I had to exit the building to get a signal. The female agent has no social, nor service skills.

Randy TTrailer was dirty, it obviously hadn't been washed in months as it had mildew all over the top and sides. The inside was very clean though! The right rim was very rusty.
Max FRecommend units be inspected and flat tires fixed prior to re-renting a missed flat tire resulted in significant work, delay in transit. It is not acceptable way to do business.
Mark IIt was dirty inside but well maintained. Safety chains did not have large enough hooks to attach to my truck.

DAVID HFirst of all the uhaul app was terrible. Would not accept my picture to pick up the uhaul so I had to go inside. Upon returning the u haul the app would not accept my return location which was where I picked it up. It was after hours so not much I could do. Also I put in to rent a dolly but when I got there they didn't have any and I ended up with an appliance dolly which we made it work
