When we arrived the key wasn't available and there was no in person staff. The process to get the key worked fine, but the key wasn't in the box. Also, none of the requested equipment was available and we had to go to another U-Haul location to get it.

Called and reported when we picked up truck there where two nasty collapsed mattress in the back of the truck that someone had left in the truck. They were disgusting. Really didn't want to put our things in it but had no other choice. Was disappointed that these two mattress left in the truck, could have had bed bugs or whatever just plain nasty!
