Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They got me out of there when I went in to rent the truck in less than 10 minutes and then when I returned it, they again got me out of there in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

The lady renting the truck was rude. She acted offended and very off-putting. The truck and all was fine. I won't recommend or return because of her poor service.

Marla CHeadlight was out, was quoted for 15 miles at 50 and some change but ended up pay 80+. Was told we went over tge mileage we asked for. We asked for 15 only used 12 but was told we went way over that. Was also told we had the vehicle for 24 hours but was still charged a late fee even though it was returned on time. When we showed the receipt that we got upon reserving the vehicle we basically just got an oh well.

WILLIAM MThe trailer I picked up should have never left the lot. The right turn signal wasn't working but I had no choice as I needed the rental. There was another trailer on site but it was not offered. I was pulled over by the highway patrol due to not having a turn signal. Thank god I just got a warning because it was rented equipment. But extremely disappointed in U-Haul. I have used you all a lot for rentals for moving over the years. Next time I'll figure something else out. I was also not able to check the trailer in due to the website not functioning properly. Super disappointed…..
EMILY BThe website and 24/7 is pretty confusing for a first time user. The process is cumbersome. Next time I'll be sure to check out the truck during working hours. The check engine light was on in the truck also.
