SANDRA BWhen I checked the trailer in I was told to drop it behind the building with the other trailers. No assistance was offered or provided to disconnect the trailer or lift the heavy tongue off the ball of my truck. The only reason I use this location, and have in the past, is the convenience of the closeness to our home.

MOHAMMAD BI have rented from Mo multiple times. He always takes good care of me. This move was out of state, so we won't be able to work with him again. But I highly recommend him for U-Haul rentals.
Donald HWas in need of a car dolly for a trip. Looked on line and saw they had one. Finished all paperwork and paid. Hooked up to trailer just to find that the lights didn't work. they did track one down to make things right.

DANYELLE CI ordered 2 Dolly's. They were not in the truck when I went to pick up the truck. The lady gave them to me when I got there and I had to put them in myself. I was quoted one price online but when I got there it was a 100. 00 more. They said they would adjust the price when I brought the truck back. They did not. I was over charged.

TIMOTHY RThis was my first time renting a truck and it was a very easy pickup and return experience. I was only able to reserve a 15' truck because the 20' truck wasn't available at the time, however, they were able to get me a 20' truck after all. If I ever need another rental, I will definitely rent from Tire Doctor again.

Frank NLocation was not open for business according to time on website or time posted on their door. Arrived almost an hour late to open shop. Had movers waiting at the house ,so I lost 1/2 hour with the movers. Truck had broken mirror which couldn't be replaced because of the time crunch.
